I'm not getting any new emails?


The Outlook connection status can be found in the lower right-hand corner of the Outlook window.  Make sure it says "Connected."  If it says "Offline" then click on the status bar. If you see a check mark in front of 'Work Offline', click on it to remove the check.  The email box should begin to populate.
