I am a new employee, how do I sign in to my AUSD district accounts (email, sharepoint, Technology Help desk)?


I am a new employee and want to access my accounts with the district.

To sign in for the very first time, please make sure you are on either a Teacher computer or a staff computer. The media center are student computers and requires an extra step that we will make note of below.

Teacher/Staff AUSD Computer

Screen:

CNTRL+ALT+DELETE

Username: jsmith (all usernames, unless similar to another we will add an extra character, first letter of your first name and your entire last name all lower case)

Password: our standard new employee password is 'welcome'


Student/Media Center Computer

Screen:

CNTRL+ALT+DELETE 

Username: ausd/jsmith (all usernames, unless similar to another we will add an extra character, first letter of your first name and your entire last name all lower case)

Password:  our standard new employee password is 'welcome'

If more assistance is required, please ask the new employee to be in front of a computer and to call the help desk at 337-7165 and the help desk will be able, in most cases, to remote into the computer and show the employee how to log in.
